hake)<\/p>\n<p>Salt, black pepper and lemon for seasoning<\/p>\n<p>2 cups of lightly cooked broccoli<\/p>\n<p>1 can of cream<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, place the fish fillets, season with salt, pepper and lemon and let taste for a few minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Place portions of broccoli on each fillet, roll them up and insert a toothpick to secure the ends.<\/p>\n<p>Place in refractory and drizzle with cream<\/p>\n<p>Place in a preheated medium-high oven (200\u00baC) for around 30 minutes<strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align:center;\"><strong>Fish with vegetables<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>400g hake fillet<br \/>\n8 cups of water<br \/>\n2 tablespoons salt to taste<br \/>\n100g green pods cut lengthwise<br \/>\n3 medium carrots, grated lengthwise<br \/>\n1 green pepper cut lengthwise<br \/>\n3 tablespoons butter<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a pan with water and salt, place the carrots, onions, peppers and green beans to boil for 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Drain the vegetables and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the hake into 4 fillets, season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Line a baking tray with the vegetables, and place the hake fillets on top.<\/p>\n<p>Melt the butter and pour over the fillets.<\/p>\n<p>Cover the pan with aluminum foil.<\/p>\n<p>Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Garnish with cilantro and serve<\/p>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<h4 cheese<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Season the fillets with salt, pepper and white wine<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For the sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saut\u00e9 the onion in oil, add the cornstarch dissolved in the milk and stir until it thickens.<strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place the seasoned fillets in an ovenproof dish and cover with the sauce.<strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese and place in the oven for 20 minutes to brown and then
