{"id":2687,"date":"2013-04-30T13:52:51","date_gmt":"2013-04-30T15:52:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogpratocheio.wordpress.com\/?p=1940"},"modified":"2013-04-30T13:52:51","modified_gmt":"2013-04-30T15:52:51","slug":"meu-prato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pratocheio.org.br\/en\/sem-categoria\/meu-prato\/","title":{"rendered":"My Dish"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\u201cMy Healthy Plate\u201d is a program that was developed with the aim of facilitating the identification of foods and appropriate portions to maintain a balanced diet, being prepared by the Nutrition service of the Heart Institute of HC-FMUSP and LatinMed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">The program was adapted according to the eating habits of the Brazilian population, and aims to contribute to the reduction and prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular problems and cancer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">A healthy diet is considered one where meals are made up of a variety of foods, with appropriate types and quantities that include foods of both plant and animal origin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">It is recommended to eat three meals a day, such as breakfast, lunch and dinner, and have snacks between meals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Below is an illustration of how each meal should be prepared:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">For breakfast, the ideal is to combine fruit, a source of carbohydrates and proteins.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blogpratocheio.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/04\/slide1-e1367336279675.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1941\" alt=\"Slide1\" src=\"http:\/\/blogpratocheio.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/04\/slide1-e1367336279675.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"109\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">At lunch and dinner, half of the plate should contain raw and cooked vegetables (greens and legumes). The other half should contain \u00bc with a portion of animal protein (beef, chicken, fish \u2013 excluding visible fat \u2013 or eggs) and a portion of vegetable protein (beans, chickpeas, soy, lentils).
