Shape the burgers and place them in the refrigerator for approximately half an hour, to keep the meat firmer and make grilling easier. Place them on a hot plate, grill or frying pan, with a little olive oil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Tip:<\/span> If you want to freeze the burgers, wrap them individually in plastic wrap and place in the freezer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">And don&#039;t forget to wash your hands very well before preparing the burger!!!!!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><strong>Sugarcane Molasses Sauce<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 tablespoons of sugarcane molasses<\/li>\n<li>1 thin slice of pineapple<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd mango<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd glass (American) of orange juice<\/li>\n<li>5g cloves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method of preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Place the sugar syrup, the pineapple cut into pieces, the mango cut into pieces, the cloves and the orange juice in a pan. Let cook for 15 minutes.
